The short version. The site stores your cookie choice and, if you use the app, what keeps you signed in. Analytics runs only if you accept it — today that means Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Nothing here is used for advertising.

Your choice

You can accept or reject analytics, and change your mind whenever you like. The choice is kept in this browser for 13 months, then we ask again; we also ask again if we add a new tool, because agreeing to one is not agreeing to the next.

These make the site and the app work. None is used for analytics or advertising, and none is shared with anyone.

The typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser requests the font file from Google. That request sets no cookie.

Analytics — only if you accept

Set only after you choose Accept analytics (or switch Analytics on in Preferences), and only on the public website. Choosing Reject non-essential, or withdrawing later, removes these cookies from your browser and stops analytics.

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): The page address with only its campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) and no other part of the query string, the referring page without its query string, browser and device type, approximate location worked out from your IP address, and the named events. Never what you type into a calculator or a form. Google signals and ad personalization are off. Their privacy statement.

Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): Mouse and touch movement, clicks and scrolling, the page layout, and browser and device type. Every form field, every calculator and every result is masked before Clarity starts, so what you type and the numbers you get never reach Microsoft. Their privacy statement.

Durations are the providers’ published defaults. A provider may set a small number of additional short-lived cookies for the same purpose; they follow the same consent.

What we never do

No advertising or marketing trackers, and no ad networks.
No analytics inside the app, the customer portal, or quote and invoice links.
No numbers typed into a calculator, and nothing typed into a form, is ever sent to an analytics provider.
