Everyone else charges per seat, then charges again for the features you actually need. We don't. Add a tech, add a truck, add a location — the bill doesn't move. Same price across all 58 trades.
We're new, and the shops who take a chance on us early are worth more than the difference. You get the Crew plan at $99 instead of $149 — forever, even as the price goes up for everyone else. In return we'd like to watch you work and hear what's broken.
One person, one truck, and a schedule that's outgrown a notebook.
Two techs or twenty-five. Same price, every feature, no add-ons.
Separate boards and books per location, one place to see all of it.

Planning the day assigns work across a crew — on Solo there's only you, so there's nothing to assign between. Add a second tech and it switches on.

Competitor pricing from published 2026 rates, monthly billing. Jobber adds $29/user past each plan's cap; Housecall Pro adds $35. "You keep" compares Everglow Crew to the cheaper of the two. We'll update this table when they change; tell us if we're out of date.
Per-seat fees are the visible cost. The one that stings is finding out the feature you signed up for lives two tiers up.
Housecall Pro puts it on higher tiers and charges per vehicle for GPS on top.
Included from Crew. Saves ~40% of a day's driving.
Maintenance agreements — the reason most HVAC and pest shops buy software at all — sit on Housecall Pro's top tier at $299/month.
Included.
Locked behind the $149–189 tier at both. If your books live in QuickBooks, that's your real entry price, not the one on the ad.
Included. QuickBooks Online, every plan.
Where we're honest about being behind. No GPS tracking, no automated review requests, no online booking widget, no AI phone receptionist, and no native app store apps — the web app installs to your home screen and works offline instead. Jobber and Housecall Pro have had a decade and thousands of customers to build those.
Our QuickBooks sync pushes to QuickBooks Online. If your bookkeeper needs two-way QuickBooks Desktop sync, buy Housecall Pro. We'd rather tell you now than take a year of your money and disappoint you in month two.
Payments run through Stripe on your account, in your name, deposited to your bank. Standard rates — 2.9% + 30¢ for cards, 1% for bank transfers. We add nothing on top, and we never hold your funds.
That last part matters more than it sounds. When a platform collects on your behalf, your money sits in their account until they decide to release it. Yours never leaves your control.
Because per-seat pricing punishes you for hiring. The single most common complaint about field service software is that adding your fourth tech quietly added $29 to $35 a month, and then your fifth did it again. We'd rather charge a price you can plan around and grow into.
None on users. Every person in your shop gets a login at no extra cost — techs, dispatcher, bookkeeper, your spouse who does the invoicing on Sundays. If you get past about 40 techs you've outgrown what we're built for, and we'll say so.
The first twenty shops get Crew at $99/month instead of $149, and keep that rate for as long as they stay — including through future price rises. It's not a trial discount that expires. What we want in return is access: tell us what breaks, let us watch how you actually work, and take our calls. That's worth more to us right now than the $50.
No. Everything above is the monthly price with no commitment. We don't run a 40%-off annual prepay, because that's a discount for locking you in before you know whether the software works for you.
You export it. Clients, jobs, invoices, payments, all of it as CSV, any time, no support ticket required. Your Stripe account is yours already — nothing to move. We'd rather you leave easily than stay because it's painful to go.
Fifty-eight of them — HVAC, plumbing and electrical; carpentry, roofing, remodeling, tile and cabinetry; landscaping, pool, pest and pressure washing; cleaning and restoration; handyman, locksmith and moving. Same price for all of them.
The software changes shape to match. Route trades get stops in driving order. Building trades get projects that run for days rather than 90-minute visits, and a price book that starts with day rates. If yours isn't listed, tell us — adding one takes about ten minutes.
Forty trucks and inventory across three warehouses: buy ServiceTitan. One person with five jobs a week and a notebook that works: keep the notebook. We're built for the middle — three to twenty-five techs, where the schedule has outgrown a group text.
Fair question, and the honest answer is: your customer list and your payment processing don't depend on us surviving. Stripe is your account. Your data exports in one click. That's deliberate — a small company asking for your whole business should make leaving easy.
