These are the service providers that process customer data to run Everglow: who they are, what they do, and the
general kind of data each one handles. We keep the list short on purpose.
Core providers handle account data for every Everglow customer; feature providers are used only by the feature named. Our public website also uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, for visitors who accept it; they are listed separately below, because they never see anything inside the app. There is no advertising network.

Used only when the feature is used. None of them receives customer names or job details.
On the public website, with consent
These run only on everglowdispatch.com’s marketing pages, only for a visitor who accepts analytics, and never in the app, the customer portal, or quote and invoice links.
Where data is processed
Everglow primarily uses service providers that process data in the United States. Route planning (HeiGIT, in
Germany) and weather forecasts (Open-Meteo) receive only the map coordinates of service locations and may process
them outside the United States. We don’t offer data residency in the EU or elsewhere today; if you need it,
ask and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can.
Your customers’ card payments
When your customer pays you by card, the payment runs on your own connected Stripe account, under your agreement
with Stripe, and settles to your bank. Everglow never holds the money and never sees the card.
AI tools and integrations you connect
If you connect your own AI tool to Everglow, that provider is one you have chosen, under your agreement with it;
it is not an Everglow subprocessor. Check its terms before connecting, including whether it trains on what you send.
Other integrations you enable, such as accounting sync, involve the provider you connect. They are optional and
governed by that provider’s terms and your configuration.
Changes to this list
If we add a provider that handles customer data, we’ll update this page and email account owners at least
30 days beforehand, so you have time to object or leave.
