Software for dumpster brokers and hauling networks

Sell the job. Coordinate the hauler. Keep the customer relationship.

Customers, sites, outside haulers, delivery and pickup, disposal, billing and margin — in one operating system.

Assign outside haulers

Assign the work without giving away the customer.

The job is yours: the customer, the price, the invoice. Each leg — delivery, swap, pickup — goes to whichever hauler you choose, and one job can use a different hauler for each.

Nothing is sent when you pick a hauler. You build the assignment, check it, then send it. Declines come back with a reason, and reassigning keeps the history.

A delivery assignment on the hauler portal: Accept and Decline first, then when, where, the box, the office's instructions and the site access notes. The hauler portal

Your haulers get their own login. Not your software.

An outside hauler sees the legs you sent them and nothing else: when, where, what box, your instructions. They accept or decline, mark en route and on site, add the placement photo, and send in the disposal ticket.

No customer price, no margin, no internal notes, no other haulers’ work. You invite them; you can switch them off.

Revenue, hauler cost, disposal — kept apart

Know what the job made.

What you charged the customer, what you owe the hauler and what the scale house charged are three numbers, recorded separately. The margin is what is left.

TC-1001 at Tidewater Container Co., a demo company. The hauler cost is the office’s number; a hauler never sets it.

And the jobs that did not pay.

A 10-yard to Palm Coast on a long haul: billed $495, cost $538, margin −8.7%. Knowing which jobs, markets and haulers lose money is the point of keeping the three numbers apart.

The job header for TC-1003: billed $495.00, cost so far $538.00, actual margin minus 8.7%.The job header for TC-1003: billed $495.00, cost so far $538.00, actual margin minus 8.7%.

Missing cost does not become profit.

If a hauler’s cost or a disposal ticket is not in yet, Everglow leaves the margin blank and names what is missing. A job never looks better than it was because a number was forgotten.

Run your own trucks too?

Every leg says who performs it. Your own drivers stay on the board and the route; outside haulers get their own section and never count against your crew’s day.
