Customer portal

Give customers one place to approve, pay, request service and stay informed.

Upcoming visits, quotes, invoices, payments, service requests and records — in the browser on their phone, in English or Spanish. No app to download. No password to remember.

The demo is a real customer account at Matanzas Pest Control, a demo company. Change anything; it only affects the demo.

The customer portal home screen for a demo customer: the next visit on Tuesday, a balance due with Pay now, a quote waiting with Review quote, and the status of their last request.

Your requestWhere it stands

The first screen answers what customers call about. A card with nothing to say doesn’t appear.

Schedule

Every visit, coming and done.

Upcoming and completed visits for every property they have with you. An arrival window shows only when you’ve set one — the portal never guesses a time.

The schedule in the customer portal: upcoming visits with dates, the property, and a Scheduled status, then past visits marked Completed.
Quotes and money

Review the quote. Pay the invoice.

Quotes open in the same page you already send, where they can read the scope and accept it. Invoices show what is due and what is overdue, with a Pay now button that takes the card into your own Stripe account, and every payment they’ve made.

Invoices and payments in the customer portal: an overdue invoice with Pay now, a paid invoice, and payment history.
Request service

Ask for new work, with photos.

They say what they need, pick the property, and add photos from their phone’s camera. Each request gets a number they can see on their home screen.

Request service in the customer portal: a choice between new service, a question, moving a visit, canceling a visit or something else, then the property, a preferred day and time, and a description.
Schedule changes

Asking isn’t changing.

A customer can ask to move a visit or cancel it, with a preferred day and time. That request comes to your office. Nothing on your schedule changes until someone there changes it.

The confirmation after sending a request: Request received, a note that nothing has changed on the schedule yet and the office will confirm, and the request number.
Records

The records you keep for them.

Where your trade keeps them, customers see them: pest application records with the product, target and EPA registration number, pool water tests, and rental containers with their dates.

Application records in the customer portal: the product, date, target pest, EPA registration number and active ingredient for each treatment.
English and Spanish

Every screen, in their language.

Customers switch between English and Spanish from the menu, and their choice is saved on their record for next time.

The customer portal home screen in Spanish: Próxima visita, Saldo pendiente with Pagar ahora, and Cotización pendiente.
Your side

Requests land where your office already works.

Each request arrives on the customer’s record with its photos, becomes a task for today, and — when it’s new work — shows up in your pipeline. Mark it seen, mark it done.

Questions

What people ask about it.

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. It is a web page that works in the browser on any phone or computer. There is nothing to install.

How do customers sign in?

With the link you text or email them from their record, or by entering their email address on the sign-in page — they get a one-time link that works once and expires in 20 minutes. There is no password.

What happens when a customer asks to move or cancel a visit?

It arrives as a request on their record and a task for your office. Nothing on your schedule changes until someone in your office changes it.

Which plans include it?

Every plan — Solo, Crew and Multi-location. There is no add-on for it.
