Online booking

Let customers book the work you actually have room to take.

Offer real appointment windows without losing control of the schedule. Customers pick from times your team can actually take, and confirmed bookings land on your board as real jobs and visits.

You decide what's bookable

Three ways a service can appear online.

You choose which services customers see. Anything you don't publish stays off the page.

Request

The customer picks a preferred date and window. It arrives as a request marked “Requested online”, and your office confirms the time. Nothing is scheduled until you do.

Appointment

The customer picks from real open arrival windows, and the visit is booked and assigned. Their confirmation says so, with the date and window.

Fixed price

For services with a known price, the customer sees your price before confirming and books a real open window. Nothing is charged online.

A demo company’s booking page on a phone, step 1 of 5: three services — a diagnostic visit at $129 marked Book a visit, a new system estimate marked Request, the office confirms the time, and a seasonal tune-up at $159 marked Book a real time.
Real availability

Times that come from the schedule you already run.

There is no separate booking calendar to keep in sync. A window is offered only when someone who does that work can actually take it — their working days and shift, time off, visits already on the board, their stop limit, how long the service takes, the travel between jobs, and whether they cover that area.

Everglow can put the times that fit the day best first, so a nearby slot beside work already booked is easier to pick. Existing appointments are never moved to make room.

Control where customers can book by service area. Outside a direct-booking area, customers can still send a request your office follows up.

Step 4 of 5 on a phone: Pick a time, with open Morning and Afternoon windows by day and one window selected; times that fit the team’s day come first.
Straight into your operation

Online booking doesn’t create another inbox to manage.

A confirmed booking becomes a customer, a property, a pipeline opportunity marked “Booked online”, a job, and a visit assigned on the board — the same records your team already works from. The customer sees it in their Customer Hub, and your office gets the details by email.

For fixed-price services the confirmation shows the price and says plainly that nothing was charged online. You invoice and get paid the way you already do.

The confirmation on a phone: Confirmed — You’re booked for Wednesday, September 30, Afternoon 12 PM to 4 PM. Price $159.00. Nothing was charged online; you pay the company when the work is done. Reference WO-5032.
Questions

What owners ask about online booking.

Can every service be booked instantly?

No, and it doesn't have to be. You choose which services appear online, and each one is either a request your office confirms, an appointment customers book into a real open window, or a fixed-price service they book at your price.

Where do the available times come from?

From the team and schedule you already run in Everglow: working days, shifts, time off, existing visits, stop limits, service length, service areas and the travel between jobs. There is no separate booking calendar to keep in sync.

Does the customer pay when they book?

No. Nothing is charged online. For fixed-price services the customer sees the price before confirming, and you invoice and get paid the way you already do.

What happens after a customer books?

A confirmed booking becomes a real customer, property, job and assigned visit on your board, marked Booked online in your pipeline, and the customer sees it in their Customer Hub. A request stays a request until your office confirms it.
