What this software actually costs

Every figure below was read off the vendor’s own pricing page on 12 September 2026, not from a comparison blog. Prices move. If you find one of these out of date, tell me and I’ll fix it.

Monthly cost by crew size

Jobber sells the same plan at different prices depending on how many people are on it. These are the no-commitment monthly rates from getjobber.com/pricing. Annual prepayment is cheaper; it also means paying twelve months up front.

Jobber charges $29 per month for every user beyond your plan’s cap. Everglow’s Crew plan is $149 a month whether you have three people or thirty, because charging per seat punishes you for hiring.

The add-ons

Three things are sold separately on Jobber’s Core, Connect and Grow plans, and included on Plus:

A ten-person crew on Grow wanting all three pays $399 + $177 = $576, which is $23 short of Plus at the same size. That arithmetic is deliberate and perfectly legal — it’s just worth seeing before you assume Grow is your ceiling.

Everglow has no add-ons. There is no tier above Crew. Sales pipeline, recurring routes, job costing, expenses, timesheets, reviews and referrals are in the price.

Card processing

Worth knowing because it is charged on money you have already earned. Jobber’s published rates are 2.9% + 30¢ for online card, 2.7% + 30¢ tap-to-pay, and 1% for bank transfer. Everglow uses Stripe at 2.9% + 30¢ and takes nothing on top — the same rate, paid to Stripe rather than to us.

On $40,000 of card payments a year that is about $1,180 either way. Anyone advertising a materially lower rate is either reselling at a loss or making it back elsewhere.

Where Jobber is the better buy

It would be easy to leave this out. It is also the part you should trust the rest of the page for.

Everglow is built for the shop with two to ten people who thinks $300 to $600 a month is a lot of money for a calendar and an invoice pad. If that isn’t you, the honest answer is that you are not who I built it for.
